2. Ordering Process

  • Orders can be placed through our website, email, or phone.
  • Minimum order quantities may apply, which will be specified at the time of order.
  • Customization requests must include detailed specifications; the Company will provide a proof for approval before production begins.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted in the Company’s proposal or proforma invoice.
  • Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.
  • Payment terms are typically in advance, subject to management approval.
  • Additional charges, such as taxes, packaging fees, customization fees, and shipping, may apply as indicated.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by order size, customization requirements, and destination. Estimated dates will be confirmed upon order approval.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client unless specified otherwise.
  • The Company is not liable for delivery delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Replacement and Returns

  • Replacements are accepted within two days of delivery for non-customized products in the event of breakage or quality issues.
  • Customized products are non-returnable unless a defect is due to Company error.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@roshanleather.com, refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving returned items, minus any applicable restocking fees.

6. Product Warranty and Quality Assurance

  • The Company warrants products to be free of material or workmanship defects for three days from delivery.
  • Any claims for defective products must be submitted within three days of receipt.
  • For branded items, the warranty lies solely with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and the Client must contact their service center or store directly.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate order details, including correct delivery address and customization specifications.
  • Clients must adhere to the agreed payment terms.
  • Products are intended solely for corporate gifting or promotional use and are not for resale.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • The Company handles client information per its Privacy Policy, which ensures that personal and order information is used solely for fulfilling orders and improving services.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, trademarks, and logos used in customized products remain the property of their respective owners.
  • Clients warrant that they possess the necessary rights for any intellectual property submitted for customization purposes.

10. Liability Limitations

  • The Company’s liability for any claim arising from this agreement will not exceed the purchase price of the products.
  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the Client’s use of the products or breach of this agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, in line with the laws of India. The jurisdiction for any legal action is Mumbai.

13. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated, and continued use of the site implies acceptance of the new terms.
