Shipping Policy

We strive to make the shipping process seamless for our customers while maintaining transparency in charges and delivery options. Our shipping policy includes essential details on delivery, charges, and responsibility guidelines.

1. Shipping Charges and Taxes

  • A nominal shipping fee and applicable taxes are charged for each order.
  • Charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered.

2. Door Delivery Availability

  • Within India: Door delivery is available for orders up to 10 kg across all regions in India.
  • For Bulk Orders (Over 10 kg):
    • Within Mumbai: Door delivery is available for bulk orders.
    • Outside Mumbai: Orders over 10 kg will be delivered to the nearest shipping partner location. The customer is responsible for picking up bulk orders from this designated location.

3. Example of Bulk Order Delivery

  • For example, if a customer from Delhi places an order weighing 20 kg, the order will be shipped to the nearest warehouse or delivery hub of our shipping partner, closest to the customer’s provided address. The customer will then need to pick up the order from that location.

4. Responsibility and Liability

  • Roshan Leather’s responsibility for the order ends once it is handed over to the courier or transport partner.
  • Any damage to the order during transit is under the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend inspecting items before accepting the package.
  • Tracking and Documentation:
    • We will provide tracking information, transport bills, and cargo condition photos via email for added assurance and to assist in the release of the package at the nearest delivery point.
