1. Return and Replacement Eligibility

  • Products are only eligible for replacement if they are different from what was ordered.
  • Conditions for Returns
    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
    • It must be in its original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items
    • Gift cards or vouchers are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Return Process

  • Ensure your return request is made within 3 days of delivery to be considered eligible.

3. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Certain situations may qualify for partial refunds.

  • Items not in their original condition, or items with damage or missing parts, if the issue was not due to our error.
  • Items returned beyond the 3-day window after delivery.

4. Refunds Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email or call regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days and credited to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.).
